Apply with a very dense damp sponge. Blend in around the eye to avoid excess matter. For best results, apply directly on dry bare skin or on an oil-free base.
For a more natural finish, remove the excess powder with a brush. Pan Cake can also be used as a powder with a thick brush.
This foundation should not be applied to an oily base (oily skin, oil-based primer, perspiration). If necessary, pat the face with a sponge beforehand, then apply toner.

The amount of water used to moisten the sponge is very important : too much water creates a transparent, uneven finish and leaves streaks. Take enough foundation to cover the face in one application, if possible, with large movements in order to avoid going over the same area several times.
