To add shimmers or glitters to Flash Color add some Star Powder, Diamond Powder or Glitters and mix on a spatula. Flash Color can be blended with creamy foundation (Pan Stick) to create hints of color, structure the face and add depth to the features using light and shadows, etc. Apply powder over Flash Color to hold it in place, using a powder puff or brush. To keep the colors intense, use a matching shade of Loose Powder or Star Powder to add shimmers and lasting hold. Remove with the Extreme Cleanser or the So Divine cream. It is also great used as a face paint for children and carnivals. Straightforward to apply, even for amateurs, it blends easily and always looks good!
